Maintenance contracts to suit your needs

We offer various types of lift maintenance contract depending on your preferred level of coverage, however during each scheduled maintenance visit we will check all safety features and devices, check the general operation of the unit and check the condition of all parts. We can also advise on recommended improvements in line with the latest legislation, reducing energy consumption and improving performance.

Regardless of the level of contract you are on, you will receive the same exemplary level of service and we will endeavor to ensure your needs are being met.

Our engineers are highly qualified (min to NVQ Level 3) and receive regular training to keep them up-to-date with the latest technology and health & safety guidelines.

We can maintain a wide range of lift types, from simple platform lifts to large passenger lifts

Service Contracts

Choosing Axess 2 service contracts to look after your lift you can be sure that you have made the right choice, and if you experience a problem you can rely on us for help when you need it.

Axess 2 service contracts include

  • Annual Service – as part of our service contract, we’ll complete a comprehensive service and safety check, to keep your Lift operating safely and efficiently.
  • Personal service – our dedicated Service Department will deal with any problems you may have from start to finish
  • You’re in expert hands – all Axess 2 engineers are qualified to NVQ Level 3, and are CSCS registered
  • Handy Control Cabinet Log – We will provide and complete your log book after each annual service, so you can keep a record of your lift history service.
Lift owners responsiblities

As the duty holder you are legally responsible for ensuring that the lift is safe to use and that it is thoroughly examined.

  • Maintaining the lift so that it is safe to use;
  • Selecting and instructing the competent person;
  • Ensuring that the lift is examined at statutory intervals (every 6 or 12 months) or in accordance with an examination scheme drawn up by a competent person;
  • Keeping the competent person informed of any changes in the lift operating conditions which may affect the risk assessment;
  • Making relevant documentation available to the competent person.
  • Acting promptly to remedy any defects;
  • Ensuring that all documentation complies with the Regulations; and Record Keeping.

We’re an active member of the Lift & Escalator Industry Association (LEIA) and have attained various qualifications including, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 which both require regular audits by our insurers and notified bodies to ensure that we maintain these standards.
