The Gym Group is an award-winning company founded by John Treharne, a former England squash player, in 2008. Known as “The Gym” the company boasts gym facilities throughout the UK and is proud to have just launched their new state of the art gym in South Ruislip.
Our engineers were tasked to create an accessible route for wheelchair users to overcome the different levels of flooring, so we installed our revolutionary Flexstep system, which is a staircase that transforms into a flat platform when in lift mode and then returns to a staircase when not in use, providing the best of both worlds whilst maintaining great aesthetics.
