This month sees Axess 2 launch our new and improved website. When we conducted research at the end of last year, it became apparent that customers wanted more information on what lift types were available and which were most suitable for different applications.
The major difference is that the design of the site has been updated to make it easier to use. The aim is to provide a site with simple navigation so visitors can find the most relevant, accurate information for their particular requirements.
The updated website will greatly improve our ability to meet the needs of customers new and old, serving as a starting point for people wanting to learn more about our lifts, as well as those seeking to order lift products. It will act as our main communication tool with customers and will incorporate social networking tools such as Facebook, as we work to find new ways to communicate with a broader audience.
We are especially excited about the news aspect of the website. We feel it is important to keep our customers and potential customers abreast of what we’ve been up to! Through social media we hope to hear about what you want, what you like, and what you don’t. We look forward to some great discussions!
