Here at Axess 2 we have a range of lift structures to complement the range of platform lifts and pitless lift solutions we offer. The steel or aluminium structures are available in a wide range of colours and finishes, combine this with the multiple cladding combinations, the Axess 2 structure can be made to suit most site and customer requirements.

Aluminium Lift Structure

This aluminium lift shaft structure has a load rating up to 480 kg and is suitable both for interior and exterior environments. The shaft structure is constructed of extruded aluminium custom-cut vertical uprights with extruded aluminium adjustable horizontal cross beams.

The structure is equipped to allow the insertion of various glazing options, aluminium panels, stainless steel sheet panels or honeycomb sandwich panels. A reversible glazing bead allows the glazing or panels to be installed either flush with the interior wall or exterior wall.

Available with natural anodised finish, NEW silver polished finish or polyester paint in any of the RAL colour range.

Steel Lift Structure

As with the aluminium structure, the steel lift shaft structure is suitable both for interior and exterior environments. The shaft structure consists of square or curved profile vertical uprights and press-folded connection beams which are adjustable on the door side.

The structure is equipped to allow the insertion of various glazing options, aluminium panels, stainless steel sheet panels or honeycomb sandwich panels. The lift structure can either be constructed to allow the chosen glazing or panels to be mounted flush with the interior or flush with the exterior. A weathertight seal is maintained with either method using EPDM sealing gaskets.

Choose with different finishes: rough, primed (RAL 7001), polyester powder paint in any of the RAL colour range, cataphoresis, and stainless steel for ultimate protection against harsh environment.
