Lyfta screw lift – Manor Court, Ribchester

Vertical platform lift installed in new local office complex.

Manor Court is situated in the grounds of Salesbury Hall, near the village of Ribchester. Two beautifully restored buildings feature 30 individually designed office suites with state-of-the-art modern facilities.  Each unit has access to a landscaped courtyard with stunning views of the Ribble Valley.

Our Lyfta vertical platform lift was the ideal solution. The chosen specification included the option of an up-rated load capacity from the standard 400kg to 500kg. The Lyfta is a popular choice of lift for both industrial and commercial use and with a platform size of 1500mm x 1100mm, ensured that the solution provided was fully DDA compliant. The Lyfta vertical platform lift was installed to travel over 2 floors to the upper level at a distance of 2.8 metres.

Steel and glass panoramic doors provided entrance to the lift on both the ground and first floor. The Lyfta combines the luxury of a smooth ride, with a stylish appearance, making this the perfect solution to fulfil both practical and aesthetic requirements.
